we offer wholesale to retail storefronts only.
Please fax (888-401-2979) or snail mail the following
documentation to us, and we will get you all the information
you need to place your first order:
Copy
of your tax ID or resale certificate in the store's name,
PLUS Copies of any TWO of the following:
___ Yellow pages ad or listing for the store
___ Photograph of outside of store (including signage
with store name)
___ Title page to the lease for store location (dollar
amounts may be crossed out)
___ Gas or electric bill in the store's name and address
Please
note that we must have the above documents on
file before we can process your wholesale catalog request.
These requirements are not meant to inconvenience you; rather,
they have been established to protect your
interests as a store owner, and we appreciate your
understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
us via e-mail.
In addition, there is a $7.50 fee for wholesale catalogs sent
to Canada or a $9.50 fee for wholesale catalogs sent overseas,
which is fully refundable upon request with your first qualifying
wholesale order.
